    'Gymboree Play and Music Shop' Gangnam Station Branch has been reopened as 'Magformers Brand Shop'


    Gymboree Korea, Gymworld, Inc. announced on the 11th that it has been operating a 'Gymboree Play and Music Shop' where it displays and sells a variety of Gymboree toys to help children play and provides musical play for children's physical, cognitive, emotional and sensory development in two locations at Central City Branch at Banpo-dong, Seoul and Gangnam Station. In particular, the Gangnam Station Branch will be the professional flagship store that has major Magformers configurations.


    As the Magformers Brand Shop, the Gangnam Station Branch displays a variety of Magformers structures and the entire Magformers product line can be viewed. Also, for children and family customers, Magformers products can be experience firsthand at a special area which can be considered the largest distinguishing feature.


    Gymboree Korea, Gymworld, Inc. stated, "In the meantime, the Gangnam Station Branch was operated as a complex store where it handles both Gymboree toys and Magformers educational tools. However, according to that Magformers products have become more varied, and more customers have been purchasing Magformers, it has been strategically reopened as a Magformers Brand Shop." He added, "Ahead of new product launches, we expect customers to continue to come to the Magformers Brand Shop which was changed from the Gymboree Play and Music Shop at the Gangnam Station Branch."


    As Korea's undisputed best 3D educational tool, Magformers had been expanding overseas since last year, and receiving recognition for its business acumen and product competitiveness in the global market. There is already sales growth in South America which will be followed by a green light to entry and expansion into the European market. Also, Magformers has the firm goal of positioning itself as a global brand within the next 5 years.
